if you are looking for good ramen at a reasonable price, you can go to fortune centre which is beside the famous Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple.there is a very nice ramen stall located there. It is called hong ru.
When i was there, i ordered minced meat ramen and vegetable dumplings as i was extra hungry
It come with a generous portion of chopped cucumber and minced meat sauce. The raman is well cooked and tasted very q. The cucumber is chopped to such thin stripes that it look like the noodle. When the ramen is mixed together with chilli, it produced a taste that is sweet and spicy but the flavour don't overpowered each other. It is also affordable, at $3.50 per bowl
Regarding to the fried vegatable dumpling, although it taste good, however it is found at any other places in Singapore. In my opinion, you can give it a miss
